All purchases made through the Redmonds online store are final sale.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind on online purchases.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Items not meeting personal expectations
We encourage customers to contact our team or visit us in-store prior to purchasing if they would like additional advice, measurements, fabric samples, or product guidance.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

Where a product is faulty, your rights are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In these cases, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Shipping Damage
Any damage caused during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can lodge a claim with the courier.
In-Store Purchases
This policy applies only to online purchases.
In-store returns and exchanges may be assessed separately and are subject to in-store policies.
